So I had a writeup thought up driving back from the first trip of many to Lake Edun (nude spelled backward as Lovely chuckled, which I was oblivious to).

Nice rustic place, nice people, and best of all, Lovely company!

I thought, just what I like! Plus warm temps without the sun beating down! Well, that sneaky orb of burning will get you even through the clouds! Lesson learned.

Sunscreen is your friend! 😉
It looks like a lovely place to have Lovely company. 🙂

We even brought some and figured we didn’t need it! Unfortunately Lovely got the worst of it, the bra today being a pain, fortunately my dangley bits were spared!

Oh, ouch! I have a friend who swears by the application of apple cider vinegar to her skin when she’s sunburnt. If Lovely is seeking relief, it might be worth a try!

I’ve had better luck with white vinegar, but both definitely do help! Using apricot oil to try to keep it from drying out and it seems to help too.

That’s a new on for me — thanks for sharing; I always like to know when natural solutions are available. 🙂
I hope your sunburn heals soon!

We certainly did get a bit crisped! Not surprised we didn’t notice as Edun was so great a place to relax! If only they made sunscreen that wasn’t disgusting to wear.

Nude is always good, especially in warmer temperatures and outside. Great pics, as always 🙂

Oh yeah that looks a bit red. When the sun is out you can feel what it is doing but cloudy days can be a real monster for secret sun burn
I love the the name of the place is nude spelt backwards. How perfect is that
