Generic gym bro New Year’s Resolution pic. I actually do intend to start weight training this winter off-season. Too many injuries in 2019, need to see if an improved base of strength helps. Though my focus will be legs and core.
I did sign up for a bucket list race, in fact, two. The Pike’s Peak Marathon and Ascent in August! Saturday, a half marathon straight up the mountain then the next day a marathon up and back down! Quads and glutes training starts today!
